These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.thesacredspace.co.nz (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by The Sacred Space. In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to The Sacred Space. Your access to and use of all information on this website and services offered is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
By using this Site and our services, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of The Sacred Space. This includes, but is not limited to images, texts, logos, documents and anything else that contributes to the composition of our Site.
The minimum age to use our site and services is 18 years old. By using our site and services, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age. This excludes Reiki, when healing can be given to a child with a parent/guardian present.
As a user of our Site and services, you agree to use our Site and services legally, not to use for illegal purposes or violate the intellectual property rights of the site owners or any third party to the site or services.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt for any refunds
To cancel or reschedule a booking please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note no-shows and cancellations made under the required 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website and services following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer
Our services are known as complementary therapy, this means they are complementary to medical healthcare. The services we provide do not replace any medical advice or healthcare you are receiving. We always recommend you consult with your doctor first if at all you are unsure whether or not it is safe for you to use these services. We do not ever claim to cure diseases or diagnose any medical conditions. We do not claim that any services we offer, will replace any current regime you have, or treat any condition. We only offer, informative, or messages of guidance to the best of our ability.
By paying, booking or accepting a service from The Sacred Space, you agree that the services passed on to you are not a substitute for advice and treatment from any medical, financial, business, psychological, legal or other professional. Any information regarding a professional matter is for general information purposes only and advice should be sort from a qualified professional.
You understand that The Sacred Space provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the services passed on and that we cannot be held responsible or liable for any actions, decisions, emotions or interpretations you take as a result of your service.
All services are private and confidential. This privacy and confidentiality can only be broken when there is permission from the customer to do so, in legal matters in which The Sacred Space is required by law to share information or when a financial institution such as Paypal requires evidence of services given by The Sacred Space.
The Sacred Space will not, under any circumstances, be liable to a Customer or any other person for any special, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including reliance by any person on information obtained through the Site, virus transmission, or deletion or loss of files or e-mail, loss of data or information of any kind, loss of profit, or liability to third parties, however caused, whether by the act or negligence of The Sacred Space or otherwise.
By engaging the services at The Sacred Space, you are doing so at your own risk and on the understanding that this service is for entertainment and guidance only.
The content or material or discussion or reading or anything discussed during the reading or subsequent discussion about the reading or prior to the reading, are not permitted to be published in part or in whole, or in any way, shape or form to a third party or publication. Publication of any part or the whole of a reading, is not permitted, unless permission is granted in writing prior to the reading or publication of the reading, by the management and owners of The Sacred Space. This permission must be given prior to publication to a third party or prior to publication either in print, video clip, audio file, internet publication, newspaper, magazine, book, on public social media, television or any other form of publication.
The Sacred Space is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using this service and will not be liable for any damages, loss or injury that accompany or result from your use of this service.
In accordance with New Zealand law, we must state that readings and services provided by The Sacred Space are for entertainment purposes and are provided on an opinion basis only.
Privacy Policy
All services with The Sacred Space are private and confidential. This privacy and confidentiality can only be broken when there is permission from the customer to do so, in legal matters in which The Sacred Space is required by law to share information or when a financial institution such as Paypal requires evidence of services given by The Sacred Space.
The Sacred Space does not use any personal information for monetary gain such as on selling personal client details.
Our service is governed by the Privacy laws of New Zealand.
Code of Ethics
As a professional spiritual practitioner I honour the code of ethical principles for psychics, mediums and healers. My services are offered from a place love and highest good. When booking a service please keep these ethics in mind as I will not perform a service that infringes on these principles.
18 and older. My services are for clients above the age of consent. This is for both legal safety reasons and respecting parental boundaries. This excludes Reiki, when healing can be given to a child with a parent/guardian present.
Confidential. A client's trust is highly valued and everything shared within the client-practitioner sphere is kept strictly confidential. It is ethical only to disclose confidential information only when the client consents to hit or when there is a real and imminent threat of harm to the client or to others, and this threat can be only diffused by a breach of confidentiality.
Respect Rights. I respect the rights and preferences of my clients and my students. I also agree to respect a person's right to refuse or accept help on their own terms and will never force a service or lifestyle choice on those who choose to withhold.
Do No Harm. I understand that abilities have been gifted to me by my ancestors and spirit to use only in serving the highest and greatest good of all involved. I also understand that should my gifts be used in ill will, they will relinquished. I understand that my gifts are solely intended for healing, helping and supporting others and I strive to always use my resources appropriately and in the best way possible.
Withhold Judgement. I owe my clients and students complete loyalty and I agree to only provide spiritual services when I can do so as an unbiased and clear vessel. I will not allow my own judgement to be influence by personal profit, unfair discrimination, or my own emotions. I agree to certify that which I have only personally verified. All races, ethnicities, cultures, countries of origin, religions, beliefs, sexes, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities and disabilities, everyone is equal and welcome here.
Support Fellow Services. I will not tell you another spiritual reading or healing is wrong - work is done through interpretation. If you think another reader or healer has gotten it wrong you will need to go back to them as it would be beneficial to them to know that they may have interpreted the messages/services they have gotten wrong. Working in the light requires the support of my fellow readers.
Volunteer Hours. I strive to provide the resources that I have to those who need through various charitable outlets and offer spiritual support to those in need. I provide free Reiki healing to Cancer patients and survivors.
Providing Service. I only provide services that I believe will truly help the client or student at their highest level. No service will be offered or prepared, if it will not ultimately be what is truly best for the client. When examination of an issue is beyond my capacity, I will refer to a network of trusted professionals.
Predictions. I do not predict lottery numbers or other gaming wins and will not predict death, end-of-life death dates, miscarriages, abortions, stillbirths, serious illnesses or accidents.
Honesty. I will be honest and truthful and will not lie, deceive or give you information that I believe to be incorrect.
